Sabine Rosch

Like many, Sabine came to Yoga through a personal crisis. He was lucky to take his first Yoga class in a center
Yoga Sivananda, in Hamburg, and since then he remains faithful to that traditional practice of integral Yoga.

Her journey in Yoga has taken her several times to India and to live in Ashrams all over the world, serving as Karma Yogi to the community and constantly learning and training, as well as teaching classes in Sivananda teacher training.

For her, Yoga is a way of living, beyond being a physical practice, meditative, or a religion or philosophy.

More than teaching, in their classes they share their experiences and experiences in the path of Yoga, always focusing on the tradition of the teachers, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, teaching an integral Yoga, based on the 5 points according to the tradition of Sivananda Yoga: Asanas (proper exercise), Pranayama (adequate breathing), Savasana (adequate relaxation), adequate diet and positive thinking and meditation (Vedanta and Dhyana).
