Pati Peguero

Pati Peguero was trained in the first promotion of Yogaone with Jordi Canela and Andrei Ram who continue to be her teachers and companions along the way along with Mohini and Twee Merrigan.

The hours of training that she has received after are countless and from the hand of teachers from different lineages and ways of approaching yoga such as: Mohini, Twee Merrigan, Yoshio Hama and Mariangel Romero, Arjuna, Danilo Hernandez, Yiannis Andritsos, John Scott, Christopher Harrison, Cayetana Rodenas, and Janet Stone. Workshops with David Swenson, Manju Jois, Simon Park, Eyal Shifroni, Silvie Trembley, Rodney Yee, Colleen Sandman, Ana Forrest, Jose Calarco and many more.

Pati has been teaching Hatha Yoga for almost 10 years and has specialized in beginners whom she enjoys accompanying in their evolution in yoga. Since she was 18 years old, she has been passionate about India, its culture and mythology, as well as philosophy. Her current focus is the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita guided by her teacher Mohini.

From her humility as an eternal student, she enjoys sharing her vision of Yoga as a way of life and being a channel through which the philosophy of yoga and its pillars reach any student who, like her, wants to learn in a pleasant but precise way.

The Yamas and Niyamas are for her the key to the door of Yoga and she practices it with detachment as a tool to improve her understanding.
