My calling is to help the little ones develop healthy habits that allow them to learn to live their own experiences, connect with their emotions and calm the mind.

I studied as a Psychologist and over 8 years ago I discovered mindfulness and meditation through Yoga. Practicing and studying these philosophies of life changed my perspective and the way of relating to my environment and to myself.

For this reason, I decided to train in the Spanish Association of Mindfulness and Compassion (AEmind) and in Mindful Schools to be able to share the practice of mindfulness with both adults and children. My passion for yoga and children led me to train later with Cayetana Rodenas in Yoga & Kids.
