Discover the Global Yoga Congress Barcelona

The Global Yoga Congress was born from the desire to make yoga available to as many people as possible. Therefore, we want to accompany you on your path.

Whether you have been practicing for years or if you are just starting, whether you are flowing with Vinyasa or sitting down to meditate … we want to offer the time, space and perfect conditions for you to connect with your practice, try new paths, discover great masters, listen, sing, share … and grow.

11, 12 and 13 October 2019

Music

The concerts and the practice of Kirtan, the ancient chanting of Sanskrit mantras in a “call-response“ format, will offer us a space where we will be able to silence the mind leading us to the innermost center of our Being from which can evoke the individual and collective song. Quite an experience, worth sharing with your loved ones.

Free time

You will be able to rest in the spaces that will be enabled for that purpose, visit our shopping area with stands offering different products (clothes, personal care, hygiene, therapy, etc.), eat healthy in the space reserverd for foodtracks and enjoy a juice or herbal tea at any time of the day.

¿For whom?
